Did you know, you can quickly and easily change the way you view your appointment book, so you can see a particular team member’s availability for the entire week at a glance? Week view is perfect if you get a call from a client who wants to book in with one particular employee. At the click of a button, you can see that employee’s availability for the entire week.

2. Group booking 

The appointment book has some very handy tools designed to help manage group bookings. You can assign specific color-coded visual markers to all parties within a certain group, making it easy to see which clients are together. You can also choose to filter the appointment book by client groups. 

3. Arrivals Screen

The ultimate tool for a busy salon, our new arrivals screen provides you with a quick snapshot of  clients' scheduled arrival times as well as who is running late. And when clients arrive, you can check them in by typing in their name and clicking arrive, instead of searching for them in the appointment book.

This feature makes it easier than ever to manage your wait list. All you have to do is enter a client’s name against the time slots that suit them. You can specify which services they want, as well as their preferred employees. 5. Recur appointment

Give your regular clients the VIP treatment they deserve by recurring their favorite appointments at a time that suits them. For example, if you have a client who visits you every month on a Saturday morning for a massage, you can easily ensure this appointment is repeated for them year-long without having to manually enter every single appointment or worrying about double-booking. If the recurring appointment does happen to conflict with another that has already been booked, you will be prompted to choose an earlier or later time.
