Latest S.M.A.R.T. System improvements

Check out the latest improvements to the S.M.A.R.T. System!


General

  • We have resolved and issue to ensure that you will always receive an email notification when your site is offline.


Online Booking

  • We have resolved the following issues:
    • The booking confirmation email will only be sent if you have ticked the “Send booking confirmation email” tickbox.
    • When you make changes to the Site Groups setting in Online Booking, your changes will be saved.
    • If your clients are trying to make an appointment outside of your "Earliest booking allowed" settings they will now be prompted to choose another time slot or modify their search.
    • If you take upfront payments, the payment policy text will now display correctly in Chrome and Firefox.


mylocalsalon

  • You can now add the Australian Skin Institute logo to your mylocalsalon profile.
  • We have resolved the following issues:
    • When you upload images into the S.M.A.R.T. System Console they will be cropped and resized according to the best fit.
    • When you update your retail and professional brands, the relevant logos will be displayed on your mylocalsalon page.


Online CICs

  • We have improved the look and feel of Online CICs on your smartphone.
  • We have resolved the following issues:
    • You can now update and save a client’s record in Online CICs.
    • Online CICs will now accurately reflect the age group settings you have defined in Shortcuts Fusion. 
    • You will now be prompted to save changes when you add notes to the Client History screen.


Anywhere

  • We have improved the look and feel of Anywhere on your smartphone.
  • We have resolved the following issues:
    • That the dates on the calendar will now display correctly on all devices.
    • When you create a new appointment or task in Shortcuts Fusion it will no longer create multiple duplicates in Anywhere.
    • If you have overlapping appointments set up in Shortcuts Fusion it will be reflected in Anywhere.
    • If you have overlapping appointments the appointment menu will be displayed correctly.
    • If you do not have security enabled in Shortcuts Fusion, you can now log in to Anywhere using your S.M.A.R.T. System Console login.
    • When you are using a smartphone the correct menu options will now be displayed on checked out appointments.


Self Check-in

  • When you start using Self Check-in it will include pre-defined configuration settings which you can change to suit your business.
  • We have resolved an issue to ensure that employees who are not capable of performing a service cannot be booked for a service.


Ratings and Reviews

  • We have resolved the following issues:
    • When your client receives an email asking them to complete a survey, it will link through to the Shortcuts website in your region.
    • When your client receives an email asking them to complete a survey, your logo will now be displayed correctly.


Loyalty

  • If you are checking out a client who is a member of a Loyalty program, and you have discounted a transaction by 100%, it will now process correctly.
