You could call Kate’s path to salon owner unconventional.
With no industry experience, Kate and her husband Oscar dropped everything and moved across the world to take over Elysium Hair. While also raising a young family, Kate and Oscar dealt with a salon she described as “a bit of a dud”, with no staff and no appointments in the system, actually…there wasn’t even a system.
From these humble beginnings, Kate and Oscar have grown Elysium into a buzzing salon with a dedicated team and fiercely loyal clients.
